If you have not redeemed your deal, you may receive a refund within one week of the purchase date. If you have not redeemed your deal within 90 days of the purchase date, you may receive a credit to your ReaderDeals account. Please note there are no refunds for events unless the event is cancelled. Any unredeemed certificate may be returned to us within the first 90 days of purchase for a refund. After that 90 day time period, ReaderDeals will not refund any certificate and all sales are final, unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print.

If the business closes or it’s impossible to redeem your deal, we’ll make sure you get your money back within 90-days of purchase. After 90-days of purchase, we can provide you with a credit to your ReaderDeals account.
